I do not currently know what my future pricing, shipping costs or shipping time lines are going to look like coming up. (Wholesale to me from China)
Gadget Connections is just me, one guy and this started as, and remains a hobby more than anything for me.
Offering custom Convoy's has become a bit of my niche over the last couple years and I do hope to continue to do that.
However, If pricing becomes too high for me to make any sort of profit, after shipping duties/tariff etc I may have to make the choice to either reconsider this hobby or see if people will pay what the new prices would be. Applying the same micro margins I use now. I have been in business here for over 2 years and have never taken a single paycheck, and yet have never been happier and had more fun.
Unfortunately, effective immediately I will need to raise the free shipping threshold to $100 rather than $50, and I will need to set a flat shipping rate for anything less than $100. I find these to be the most minor tweaks I can make at the moment to help relieve some pressure with out actually raising the price of any of the products I sell as well as help truly absorb the cost of mailers and swag, etc. Any of you who have ordered from me before know that I always throw in stickers and stuff. (Right now I got some pretty cool rubber keychains that I am adding to random orders. So I do try to pay it forward as best I can.)
So lets strap in and ride this, because I am going to do everything I can to stick this out and come out the otherside in business!

I used to work in a machine shop and the threads on these copper lights never disappoints. It’s a joy taking the cap off to charge the battery vs the sandy gritty feel of some lights.
The copper option here feels as premium as it is and the finish gives it some durability and keeps the appearance brand new. It has some weight, which I prefer, adding to the premium feel.
It is very smooth and with a softer metal I added the lanyard giving me confidence when in use. Pocket clips are offered if lanyards aren’t your thing.
I chose the RGB stainless switch which Dom was nice enough to install for me, and it offers a nice beacon of light for those middle of the night excursions. Another excellent feature of this light is the ability to select a mode preference (brightness percents, strobe, voltage, etc.) and to be able to turn memory mode on or off. So mine always turns on in moonlight mode so I’m not blinded in the middle of the night for example.
I chose the 519A 2700K with the orange peel reflector which is perfect for warm, clean (high CRI), floody light. It’s one of my favorites and though warm is still completely usable as an EDC. (2000K is candle light, 5000K is daylight) The only downsides are with the metal switch you lose the ability to tailstand which isn’t a dealbreaker for my use. The smooth finish may be off putting to some, but a textured version is offered.
All in all this is a top EDC light for a reason, you can have about any configuration of emitter, (flood or throw) material, (titanium, copper, aluminum), and switch (light options or forward clicky, metal or rubber).
Dom made the process really easy of configuring the light and shipped it very quickly. (Other sites could take weeks, I received mine in two days). I will be buying more lights here and would highly recommend this business!
This is a very nice tool to have. I have a Makita battery pack go bad and looked up on YouTube how to take it apart to take the batteries out. It uses a screw shape that I didn't have so by chance I was checking this tool out and saw the shape that I needed to unscrew the battery pack, so I bought it and it does have what I need. Very happy with this purchase and very glad that Dom actually had this tool for sale. Fast shipping as always and Dom has great items for sale.

I used this 99¢ lens to improve throw over the stock glass of my S2+. I prefer throwers for my outdoor activities.
