Deep red convoy works great at night for map reading, great place to buy from, fast shipping, answers any and all questions

Great Flashlight

I wanted a red flashlight for night time and the deep red is exactly the color I wanted. I was quite surprised by how bright it can get at full power. The 2700k 519a emitter version does get hot at higher power setting rather quickly but the deep red SST-20-DR seems to always stay cool. I had the metal tail switch installed in one of my flashlights and it was installed seamlessly. It did however take me longer than it should have to realize from the instructions that short tapping for the mode selection couldn't be rapid full presses, they needed to be rapid half presses.

Great Flashlight.

Excellent service, but this flashlight was more than I thought it was. Just take a bit to get used to for the brightness and what not.

Great flashlight for aviation!

I needed a RED flashlight to be used for flying aircraft at night. After being refereed to GadgetConnections by a friend I found that I was able to customize the S2+ for my exact needs. Great little device and shipped fast. I will likely be back for another.
